One of his friends ask him about his heartbreak, as guys don't find it easy to talk about their feelings, and he slowly starts expressing his pain.
Omar says "when I created the track I was going through heartbreak with my former girlfriend. I hope that listeners can relate with that and realise how self-destructive behaviours like this can be."
