This US rapper, Greg Hartley, had his track produced by Gian Camp, mixed and mastered by Andrew Puckett, which delivers a strong message about whatever your past is, move forward in life and never give up because you can always have a better future if you keep pushing forward.
Full of expansive beats, furious rhymes and epic storytelling, Greg Hartley is here with his single, that hooks you in straight away, with his aggressive rapping style.
Kendrick Lamar, Big Sean and Childish Gambino are his influencers. Have you watched Donald Glover (Childish Gambino) films? E..g Guava Island, The Martian, The Lion King and Magic Mike XXL. Anyway, back to Greg's music lol....
When you listen to his songs, It sounds like storytelling is one of his best skills, as the lyrics in 'Level Up' seem epic and have a strong meaning behind it all. His next EP will be released in December but for now keep up to date about all his music on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.
