Garrett Paknis- The Light

Celebrating queer love is Garrett Paknis, who gives us blends of House, Dance and Electro music to his new song 'The Light'. Skipping rhythms and hyper speed baselines pairs well with his raspy low octave vocal performance.

His quirky movements expresses his emotions through every word and shows off his personality. This tells you to just be yourself. There's only one you!

Once the chorus slides in, you hear a new set of smooth female vocals, that emphasise the song title 'The Light', where spoken words jump in here and there. Straight after it continues with Fizzy synths, slightly- to- fast rhythms and light dance beats, with electronic piano notes, as it becomes a memorable part of the song.

Then Garrett Paknis's raspy low octave vocals come back with more emphasis and stronger emotions, whilst he sings mid-tempo, as before.

This introspective and poetic piece of music is about finding strength during your darkest moments, by London based producer, vocalist and performer Garrett Paknis. Growing up in New York City has got him to become poetic.

This is a subtle piece of Dance music that is something to listen too whilst your working from home, have a small garden party with six friends (Covid19 rules) or by yourself.
