Allexa Bash- I Was You

This Ukrainian young lady comes here with her new song 'I Was You'. Born in Dubai and is a singer-songwriter, she gives us a slow sensual piece of music that melts your heart away.

Her smooth vocals and lyrics that evokes emotion, is a Pop song that blends soft Rock and Electronic influences, which allows her vocals to shine.

As Allexa Bash says “The song was recorded over a period of 6 months. It is about what happens when you think of someone positively and they inspire you to become better just through a mirror reflection. The process of keeping things positive allows one to then project the experience as positive. When in love, don't doubt the feeling, stick to it and it won’t lead you astray."

Allexa Bash has been singing, writing and performing for a decade and will soon release her debut album Dark Angels.

'I Was You' is dominated by the soulful piano balladry and melodies, even with the electronic moments from time to time and prominent single drum beats throughout.
